Profiling miller AMKODOR AT-51

The profiling unit is designed to impart a convex surface to the plots of the peat deposit in their cross section when extracting the peat with the milling method. The working element of the profiler is the auger. The lifting to the transport position of the working element is provided by the hydraulic system. The drive of the working element is mechanical from the PTO of the aggregating tractor. The presence of a multi-pass part makes it much easier to move the mass of peat from one auger edge to another. As a result, the auger does not clog and runs faster. The auger is equipped with a replaceable cutting edge with an angle of sharpening of 30° on the outer diameter of the turns. The edge is made in the form of separate sections, which are bolted to the screw turns, which makes it possible to quickly replace them if necessary. The auger penetration and the angle of inclination to the horizon, as well as the lifting to the transport position, are carried out from the tractor cab.
